Sir/Madam We refer to our meeting with your representative, Mr. Jenkins, at the CEBIT in Hanover. We talked about custom-made software for small companies. Mr.
Jenkins promised to send us your catalogue with detailed descriptions
within one month as well as your terms of sale and terms of delivery.
Unfortunately, we have not received anything so far. We
also develop software and have a leading position on the local market.
Sometimes it happens, however, that our programmes do not meet all our
customer's requirements. Therefore, we are always interested in marketing
