Enclosed with this letter we are sending you a sample as well as a pro-forma-invoice for the above-mentioned quantity. Should you place your order, please arrange for payment by draft through your bank. We would like you to send us your confirmation at the same time. Should you place further orders, and if references are given, we could deliver on the basis cash against documents.

Shipment will be made FOB Munich airport. As we have a good stock, we can guarantee delivery within 5 days from receipt of your order.

The price of DM 720 mentioned in our catalogue is no longer relevant, as the production of the printer has meanwhile been discontinued. Therefore we are prepared to offer the printer at a price reduced by 10% on condition that you take delivery of the entire remaining stock of 200 units. Consequently, the total price would come to DM 129,600, freight paid to border, packing included.

Delivery could be effected within 10 days from receipt of your order. Payment is to be made by irrevocable documentary letter of credit. Please inform us whether you agree to the above-mentioned conditions.
