We have tested the sample and it met our satisfaction. Therefore, we are pleased to place the following order:

The total price of US$12,762.50 is quoted including packing, insurance and freight but excluding duty.

We have made our decision in favour of this product because of the high resolution of its screen and its fast CPU.

Delivery must be effected by 15 ....... at the latest.

We have meanwhile instructed Lords Bank in Birmingham to open an irrevocable, confirmed documentary L/C, payable at the First Singapore Bank.

Please note that the terms and the delivery period must be strictly observed. Please note that the manual must also be in French and German as many of our customers are from other countries of the EU.
